Our work ends where the work of a sales rep begins. We help before contact: explain from your material, clarify the task, pass it to a person. Handling inquiries after a sale is a different tool.
There is one widget on the site, but on the home page, on a service page and on a pricing page it has to behave differently. What it says first and where it stops is set by you.
The widget answers from what you approved and passes anything doubtful to a person. We think an honest "I do not know" is more useful than a plausible guess.
First you go through the conversation yourself as a visitor and fix the material, and only then do people see the widget. The price is visible in advance: the calculator on the pricing page works it out without registration.
Online stores, clinics, agencies, service and B2B companies, anyone whose sale starts with a visit to the website.
The tool makes sense when the site has something to say and there is someone to pick the conversation up. If there is almost no material, or visitors number a handful a week, it is too early to install it, and we say so plainly on the limitations page.
We name the boundaries ourselves
Generative AI may well be the most important technology of our time.
Focus on making your customer as successful as possible, and your own success will follow.
To get the real value out of AI, the work has to be designed for it from the start rather than bolted on afterwards.
