Whose name the assistant carries

Agencies ask this in the first meeting, so it is worth answering plainly: some of it is already how the product behaves, and the rest is a partner arrangement that is agreed rather than advertised.

This page describes a possible partner model. It is not a signed offer and it names no commercial terms.

What the widget already does on a client site

It speaks as the client

The assistant answers from the client website and in the voice you set for it. It does not introduce itself as a third party in the middle of a conversation.

It looks like the client site

The widget appearance is set per project, so it sits on the page rather than on top of it.

The material stays theirs

The answers come from that client website only. Nothing is shared between the projects in your account.

The public prices apply

The prices on this site are the same for everybody. A white label conversation does not change what the calculator shows.

The label on the free volume

On the combination that costs nothing, the widget may carry a SellerChat label. That is a property of the free volume, not a negotiating position, and it is stated the same way on the pricing page.

Your price

1 website and 10 conversations per month cost $0.00, with no time limit. Any other combination starts at the base price of $0.99 per month.

On the free volume the widget may carry a SellerChat label.

What a white label arrangement would cover

The parts that need agreeing

Listed so you know what to ask about, not so you can quote it to a client as settled.

Naming and visible branding

Whether the product name appears anywhere a client visitor can see, and under which conditions.

Who holds the account

Whether the agency or the client owns the project, and what happens to it if the engagement ends.

Who the client pays

Whether billing runs through the agency or directly, which decides most of the rest.

What support looks like

Who answers the client when something is wrong. No response time is promised on this site.

What this page does not promise

Not stated anywhere

That white label terms are approved and available today

A commission, a margin or a discount for partners

Exclusivity of any kind

A response time or a service level

A reseller right or a right to sublicense

Stated plainly

What the widget already does on a client website

That the public prices apply to everybody

That the free volume may show a product label

That the rest is available by arrangement and confirmed before launch

White label questions

Can I remove the product name entirely?

On the paid volume the widget does not need to carry it. Anything beyond what the product already does is part of an arrangement that is confirmed before launch.

Is white label free?

No price for it is published, because no standing offer for it is published. The prices on this site are the public product prices.

Can I resell it under my own brand?

Reseller rights are not granted by this page. That is exactly the kind of term that is agreed in writing before launch.

Does the assistant behave differently?

No. The boundaries are the same on every website: it answers from the material, refuses to invent, and hands over when the answer is not published.

What if the client wants to take the account over?

Who holds the account is one of the things settled at the start, and it is the question worth settling first.

Talking about terms

For anything that is not settled above, write to the address on our legal pages and say how many websites and what volume you expect. It is the same address the privacy policy and the terms of service use.
