AI that stays
within bounds

A confident wrong answer costs more than no answer at all: the visitor decides on the basis of something untrue, and you are the one who has to sort it out.
That is why the widget answers from your material rather than the model's general knowledge, and passes everything beyond those bounds to a person.

What keeps it
within bounds

You set the source of answers

It answers from the pages, terms and documents you marked. It does not answer from the model's general knowledge or from material you have never seen.

A gap is shown, not covered up

If the material has no answer, the widget's job is to say so plainly and pass the question to a person. As a by-product you see what the knowledge base is missing.

The list of off-limits subjects is yours

Contracts, guarantees, lead times, custom quotes. You list what the widget does not discuss on its own, and a question like that goes to a sales rep instead of turning into a guess.

Testing before launch, not after

You ask your own awkward questions and see the answers before any visitor does. Anything you are not happy with is fixed before the widget goes live.

Where our responsibility runs

The material is the responsibility of
whoever approved it

We are responsible for the widget staying within your material and saying when the data runs out.

You are responsible for the content of that material. If there is a mistake or an out-of-date condition in it, it will end up in an answer: the widget does not fact-check your texts, it sticks to them. That is why we do not promise error-free answers and do not claim certifications we do not hold. What the tool does not do at all is listed on a separate page.
